Self-aligning roller bearing has double-row rollers. There is one shared spherical raceway in the inner-ring, and two raceways in the inner-ring. The two raceways in the inner-ring tilt at a certain angle relative to the bearing axis. Such ingenious structure enables it to have the performance of self-aligning. So it is not easy to be influenced by the effect that the angle of shaft and bearing housing have on the error or shaft bending. It is appropriate to the occasions of angle errors caused by installation errors or shaft deflection. In addition to the radial load, this bearing can also undertake the two-way axial load.
• Usage
• Primarily applicable retainers: pressed steel plate reinforced retainer (postfix E, very rare in China). Pressed steel plate retainer (postfix CC), fiberglass reinforced polyimide 55 retainer (postfix TVPB), machining brass two-piece retainer (postfix MB). Machining brass unitary retainer (postfix CA), vibratory-occasion pressed steel plate retainer (postfix JPA), vibratory-occasion brass retainer (postfix EMA). The codes of the bearings with the same structures might be different.
