10. The balance plate loses its function: The balance plate and the balance ring wear each other severely, causing the pump's axial suction side to move and 

the bearing to bear axial force, resulting in heat generation.

Preventive and treatment measures:

1. Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly check the lubrication condition of the bearings to ensure that the amount of lubricating oil or grease is 

appropriate and of good quality.

2. Proper installation of bearings: Ensure that the bearings are installed correctly, avoiding issues such as eccentricity, tilting, or over tightening during inst-

allation.

3. Choose the appropriate bearing model: Select the appropriate bearing model and specification according to the needs of the water pump.

4. Control load: Avoid running the water pump for a long time under high load or overload conditions.

5. Improve heat dissipation conditions: Ensure that the working environment temperature of the water pump bearings is suitable and the heat dissipation 

conditions are good.

6. Timely replacement of worn bearings: Regularly check the wear of bearings and replace damaged bearings in a timely manner.

7. Maintain good oil circulation: Ensure good oil circulation in pressure lubricating oil to avoid heating problems caused by poor oil circulation.

8. Adjust the impeller balance hole and balance plate: Ensure that the impeller balance hole is unobstructed and the balance plate works normally.
