Classification of rolling mill bearings: The variety range of cylindrical roller bearings includes the following basic types: double row cylindrical roller bearings

with cages, mainly designed for NNU and NN; Multi row cylindrical roller bearings with cages; Single row full cylindrical roller bearings, mainly designed for

NCF and NJG; The double row full roller cylindrical roller bearing is mainly designed with NNF; Multiple row full cylindrical roller bearings with four or eight

rows of rollers. In addition to standard varieties, cylindrical roller bearings also include: open or sealed multi row cylindrical roller bearings for rolling mills;

Support bearings for multi roll cold rolling mills.

(1) The roller and raceway are in line contact or repaired line contact, with a large radial bearing capacity, suitable for bearing heavy loads and impact loads.

Low friction coefficient, suitable for high speeds, with maximum speeds close to deep groove ball bearings.

(2) It can move axially and adapt to changes in the relative position between the shaft and the casing caused by thermal expansion or installation errors. It

can be used as a free end support.

(3) The machining requirements for the shaft or seat hole are high, and the relative deviation of the outer ring axis after bearing installation should be strictly

controlled to avoid contact stress concentration.

(4) The inner or outer ring can be separated for easy installation and disassembly.

(5) Steel plate stamped cages, for high-speed bearings or bearings that require smooth operation, solid cages are used. According to the usage situation and

user requirements, retainers made of glass fiber reinforced plastic can also be designed and provided. FC5070220F3/C4 is a type of rolling mill bearing model,

which is a type of solid retainer made of F3 steel or special cast iron. C4 is the clearance of the C4 group.

Equipment for implementing the metal rolling process. It refers to the equipment that completes the entire process of rolling production, including main

equipment, auxiliary cold rolling mill equipment, lifting and transportation equipment, and auxiliary equipment. But generally speaking, the rolling mill

only refers to the main equipment. It is said that there were rolling mills in Europe in the 14th century, but it is recorded that Leonardo da Vinci, an Italian,

designed a sketch of the rolling mill in 1480. In 1553, the Frenchman Brulier rolled gold and silver plates to make coins. Subsequently, rolling mills emerged

successively in Spain, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. Figure 1 shows a rolling mill designed in England in 1728 for the production of round bars.

In 1766, Britain had a series of small rolling mills. In the mid-19th century, the first reversible sheet metal rolling mill was put into operation in Britain and ship

iron plates were produced. In 1848, Germany invented the universal rolling mill, and in 1853, the United States began using a three roll profile rolling mill (Figure

2) and mechanized it with a steam engine driven lifting platform. Subsequently, the United States introduced the Lauter mill. The first continuous rolling mill was

built in 1859. The universal profile rolling mill appeared in 1872; In the early 20th century, a semi continuous strip mill was made, consisting of two three roll

roughing mills and five four roll finishing mills.

Name according to rolling variety, rolling mill type, and nominal size. The principle of "nominal size" is named after the pitch diameter of the herringbone gear

of the gear seat for the main components of the drawing mill; The initial rolling mill is named after the nominal diameter of the rolling rolls; The plate and strip

rolling mill is named after the length of the working roll body; The steel pipe rolling mill is named after the maximum pipe diameter produced. Sometimes it is

also named after the inventor of the rolling mill.
