Removal sleeve: also used to fix the tapered bore bearing to the cylindrical shaft. The use of tight sleeve and release sleeve facilitates easy bearing assembly and disassembly, 

and simplifies bearing configuration design. It is especially convenient to install and disassemble large tapered bore bearings (aligning ball bearings, aligning roller bearings, 

double row cylindrical roller bearings) installed and disassembled on the shaft end, and is widely used in light industry, metallurgy, rolling mill and other mechanical equipment.

Lock nut: Used to secure bearings to shafts or set-sleeves, and can also be used to install and remove bearings on drop-off sleeves or tapered shafts. The locking nut is a kind of 

nut widely used in machinery and other industries, and its working principle is to self-lock using the friction between the nut and the bolt. However, the reliability of this 

self-locking will be reduced under dynamic loads. In some important occasions, we will take some anti-loosening measures to ensure the reliability of the nut lock.

Pin device: consists of a lock washer, a lock clamp and a screw to fix the lock clamp on the nut. The smaller lock nut is fixed through the lock washer, and the lock clamp 

embedded in the lock nut slot is used to fix the larger lock nut.

Thrust ring: used for fixing the bearing in the bearing housing. Thrust ring semicircular ring plate, one side covered with anti-friction metal, thrust ring lower plate middle of 

the outer side has a convex tail, installed into the bearing cover groove to prevent the thrust ring rotation.
