1. Scope of application

This technical standard specifies the motor minor repair item standards and quality acceptance standards, applicable to the maintenance and overhaul of 200KW and above motors.

Two, motor maintenance cycle

The three-phase asynchronous motor with a lift of more than 200KW shall be overhauled every three years, and maintained every six months to a year. In case of overhauling, maintenance shall not be carried out separately.

Iv. Maintenance and inspection standards

1. Clean the dust and dirt in the motor

When blowing ash, use 2-3kg/cm2 of clean, oil-free, water-free compressed air. To remove the oil on the coil can be used aviation gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, toluene or electric cleaning agent for rubbing, do not use harmful solution or metal tools.

2. Stator maintenance and inspection standards

2.1 The coil has no grounding, short circuit, broken line and other faults. Coil insulation surface should be free of damage, cracking, discoloration, brittle, wear and serious deformation, otherwise the cause should be identified and treated. The binding wire, brace, pad, groove wedge, etc. should not be loose or broken.

2.2. The stator core should be free from friction, overheating, rust, loosening and deformation, and the ventilation ditch should be unblocked. The iron bracing and pressing plate are smooth and not loose, and the lock key is fastened and welded reliably. Otherwise, the reasons should be identified and dealt with. If necessary, the iron damage test can be carried out for identification.

2.3. Good lead and jumper wiring, firm binding and reliable welding, no overheating of each welding head, sufficient mechanical strength and insulation strength.

2.4. The color of the motor terminal is complete and correct, and the current-carrying bolts, nuts and gaskets are made of copper and in good condition. The joint should be smooth and tight, and should be reliably locked. The connecting plate is well insulated, and the porcelain bottle is firm without crack damage.

2.5. The frame, end cover, junction box, wind hood and wind baffle shall be in good condition without damage, serious deformation and wear. Otherwise, it should be treated by inserting, welding, electroplating or replacement.

2.6 Damp motor whose insulation resistance does not meet the requirements shall be treated by blowing ash, cleaning, drying and other methods.

3. Rotor maintenance and inspection standards

3.1. The rotor core should be tight and flat, without overheating, rust, loosening, deformation, broken teeth and other phenomena. The groove wedge should be tight and complete, without hollow sound. Ventilation ditches should be unblocked. Rotor brace iron and lock key no loose welding.

3.2. The large shaft has no bending or cracking, and the fit with the core is good. The journal should be complete without wear and burr.

3.3. The rotor fan is fixed firmly with no loose cracks and good coordination with the shaft. The balance block has no loose displacement, and the top wire lock is reliable.
