2.It is necessary to ask for the customers’ degree of satisfaction regarding the products after delivery. We will take immediate action if something should be modified. Never leave the customers any worries. 

3.We will regularly call back the customers and ask them if there are some questions or inquests requiring immediate settlement and solution. We emphasize on communicating well with customers and delight our customers. 

4.Once we receive the customers’ phones calls for help, we will take immediate action. If immediate action is not possible then, we will first give the customer an explanation and make an appointment for service with them so that the customers can make preparations. 

5.Whether it is our company’s duty, we will try our utmost to help the customers solve problems. If we cannot solve the problems that are out of our responsibilities, we will communicate with the cooperative companies in case of delaying customers’ work. 

6.We will proactively offer service for the customers, even if the products have become out of warranty period. If extra fee is needed, we will make it clear to the customers. We will never deceive our customers.
