Spherical bearing and housing bearing
• The spherical bearing is in fact a transformation of the deep groove ball bearing. It is characterized by the sphere of its outside diameter surface of the outer ring, which can be fitted into the corresponding concave sphere of the bearing seat and can play the role of aligning. The spherical bearing is mainly used to accommodate the joint loads that combined much radial load and less axial load. Generally, it is not used to solely undertake axial load.
In the meantime, this bearing has aligning performance in design and is easy to install. It has dual-structure sealing device and can work under hostile environment. The bearing seat usually takes casting and molding. Frequently used seats include plummer block housing (P), square housing (F), convex square housing (FS), convex circular housing (FC), diamond housing (FL), circinate housing (C) and sliding block housing (T), etc.

Based on the coordinating methods with the axis, the spherical surface ball bearing can be divided into three categories:
A.The spherical surface ball bearing with jbckscrew includes the UC200 (light duty series), UC300 (heavy duty series)
B.The spherical surface ball bearing with taper includes UK200 and UK300. The inside diameter of this spherical surface ball bearing is the taper inner core with 1/12 share. It has to cooperate with the adaptive sleeve in application. It can undertake bigger load than the spherical surface ball bearing with jbckscrew.
C.The spherical surface ball bearing with eccentric sleeve includes UEL300 and SA200. Its primary characteristic of this spherical surface ball bearing is that there is certain eccentricity at the upper end of the bearing which can coordinate with the eccentriclockingcollar of the same eccentricity. Such bearing is specially used in the agricultural machinery (harvester, straw machine and thresher,etc.). Such spherical surface ball bearing is mainly used in the layout with strong beat match. The coordination with eccentricity layout can efficiently cut the strong beat.
