How often should the lubricating oil of the crusher bearings be replaced? There is no fixed answer to this question, because almost every component of the crusher requires 

lubricating oil, and the lubricating oil used in different parts is also different. When the crusher is working, the wear of different parts is also different, and the consumption of 

lubricating oil is also different. The specific frequency of changing the bearing lubricating oil depends on the situation, and there are still certain requirements when using 

lubricating oil:

(1) Reduce friction and wear, lower frictional resistance to save energy, reduce wear to extend mechanical life, and improve economic efficiency;

(2) Cooling requires constant removal of frictional heat from the machine;

(3) Sealing is required to prevent leakage, dust, and gas leakage;

(4) Corrosion and rust resistance, requiring protection of the friction surface from oil deterioration or external erosion;

(5) Clean and rinse, requiring the removal of dirt on the friction surface;

(6) Stress dispersion buffering, load dispersion, impact mitigation, and shock absorption;

(7) Kinetic energy transmission, hydraulic system, remote control motor, and friction continuously variable speed hammer crusher.

Lubricating grease is applied to the friction parts of machinery, forming a certain strength oil film on the surface of the machinery to reduce friction and wear. It can also 

prevent metal oxidation, fill gaps in the machinery, prevent air, oil, and water leakage, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

The replacement of lubricating oil for crusher bearings is analyzed and explained using the bearings of impact crushers. In daily use, maintenance and upkeep of impact 

crushers are essential, especially for bearing maintenance. It is necessary to regularly add lubricating oil to the bearings to ensure that they are in a lubricated state during 

operation, and to avoid parts from being worn out due to lubricating oil problems, which may cause damage to the machine.

According to normal working conditions, the impact crusher needs to add lubricating grease moderately every 400 hours of operation, and open the main shaft assembly 

to thoroughly clean the bearings every 2000 hours of operation. After 7200 hours of operation, the bearings need to be replaced with new ones. The premise of these times 

is that there were no other unexpected situations during the early operation of the crusher, which is what we call a normal working state.
