1. ball bearings: are generally used in low load mechanical transmissions. Since the bearing area of the ball bearing is small, heavy mechanical damage can easily occur in high-speed operation. Therefore, needle bearings are often used in heavy load mechanical transmission to increase bearing surface area, improve mechanical transmission efficiency and reduce mechanical damage.

2.Roller bearings: Roller bearings can achieve good precision and rigidity by preloading. And the inner ring with cone can also be used to adjust the working clearance of the bearing as desired. This type of solution can fully meet the zero clearance requirement of pressure cylinder bearings.

How to install and remove ball bearings?

When installing the ball bearing, do not hit directly the end face and the non-stressed surface of the bearing. Use plungers, sleeves or other mounting tools (tools) to load the bearing evenly and do not install it by the transmission force of rolling elements. When the mounting surface is lubricated, the installation becomes smoother. If the interference is large, the ball bearing should be heated to 80° to 90° C in mineral oil and installed as soon as possible, and the oil temperature should be strictly controlled to not exceed 100° C, to prevent the tempering effect from reducing the hardness and affecting the size recovery. In case of difficulties in disassembly, it is recommended to carefully pour hot oil onto the inner ring with the disassembly tool, pulling outwards. The heat causes the inner ring of the bearing to expand and fall off more easily.
