When the machine tool spindle is damaged and needs to be replaced, the original spindle should be removed first, and then the new spindle is assembled, the dynamic balance is completed, and then re-installed on the machine tool before the machine tool can be used. Note that the parts of the new spindle can use the good parts of the original spindle, such as intact bearings, but after assembly, dynamic balance test should be done, and then it can be used, if the dynamic balance is not good, then the noise is quite large, and bearings and other parts are easy to damage.

to fold shape reeds and retaining ring, if you want to remove the spindle core, you scored pulley and belt wheel with nut back pressure, unscrewed the first screw nut on the back pressure, then remove the nut, this pulley can be unloaded. To retake the spindle core - including cylinder and inner, coat the parts, need at least two people, one tear down bearing end cover screw, a person pay attention to protect, hold the spindle at the bottom of the cylinder with the hand, when bearing end cover is unloaded, the spindle core can fall down, then two people at the same time hold the spindle core below, if core can't get it, You can use a steel rod to gently knock down the top and take down the spindle core.


When two supported spindle bearings are installed, the eccentricity of the front and rear two supported bearings should be in the same direction, and the size of the eccentricity should be appropriately selected. The precision of the front bearing should be one grade higher than that of the rear bearing to minimize the eccentricity of the front positioning surface of the spindle component after assembly. 


When the maintenance machine disassembly the spindle bearing, because the original manufacturer has adjusted the eccentric position of the bearing, it is necessary to mark the circumferential direction before disassembly to ensure that the original relative position of the bearing and the spindle remains unchanged after reassembly, so as to reduce the impact on the spindle components. 


During the assembly of interference fit bearings, hot loading or cold loading process should be adopted for installation, and brute force should not be used to knock, so as not to damage the bearings during installation and affect the performance of machine tools.
