2、 Stop the pump:

1. Close the exit gate, press the stop button, close the exit valve, and then close the inlet valve.

2. Turn off the power and hang a "No Closing" sign.

3、 Refueling operation:

1. Remove the fan cover: After confirming the power outage with a test pen, remove the fan cover, use snap pliers to remove the snap spring, and remove the fan.

2. Remove the bearing end cover and motor end cover: Remove the motor end cover, and then remove the bearing end cover.

3. Cleaning and adding lubricating oil: Check the quality of the lubricating oil, clean the bearings with diesel, measure the bearing clearance with a feeler gauge after cleaning, add lubricating oil to the bearings, and rotate them evenly.

4. Install bearing end cover: Add oil to the cleaned bearing end cover and reinstall it. Secure the inner cover with steel wire, tighten the fixing bolts evenly, and then tighten the motor end cover evenly.

5. Install the fan and cover: Install the fan, use clamp pliers to install the clamp, fix the fan, install the cover and tighten it.

6. Rotate the disc pump 3-5 times and check if the bearing rotates flexibly.

4、 Start the pump:

1. Open the outlet valve of the active pump, fully open the inlet valve, open the vent valve, and close the vent valve when liquid flows out.

2. Close the power supply, press the start button, and open the outlet valve according to production needs.

3. Listen to the motor running without any abnormal sound, check the parameters such as current, voltage, pump pressure, etc., and make records.

4. Hang up the 'Run' sign.

5、 Attention:

1. When disassembling and assembling the fan, do not forcefully hit or knock it.

2. Add 80% lubricating oil to the bearing, it cannot be fully filled.
