Therefore, bearing rust will cause a lot of compensation.


A: Last year, a batch of high-precision bearings were sent overseas by our company. All parameters were checked before departure, and the packaging went to sea. A month later, the customer replied that the goods were rejected because of abnormal quality. All the indicators have been inspected before warehousing. The customer has also tested the samples. Why is there still a problem?


A: When the product was sent back, it turned out that the bearing was rusted!

Rust prevention work was not done enough. The product was transported by sea for a month, and the water vapor on the sea accelerated the corrosion of the product. In addition, the freight forwarder company's poor transportation and the outer package was damaged, which resulted in tiny rust spots. Although the rust spot is small, but the transportation fee, port detention fee, product testing fee, return fee is a big loss!

     

   In addition, there are many companies have product inventory, customers small batch, multiple batches of delivery, product regulation in the warehouse, the same easy to cause product rust. To be shipped, a look at the product rust, and then rust rust prevention, it is a large amount of time and artificial waste.

Therefore, the rust prevention of bearings is not only the rust prevention in the process of use, but also the rust prevention in the production process and before storage.

   One. Rust prevention management between processes Metal often in the process of processing and dust, moisture and acid fog atmospheric environment contact will occur rust, and after heat treatment residual salt cleaning is not clean, pickling, acid printing liquid cleaning and not complete, demagnetization is not clean with grinding wheel end, iron dust end, hand sweat and so on are very easy to cause bearing rust. Therefore, to ensure that the workpiece in the process of processing will not cause losses, to stay in the process of bearing parts must take effective rust prevention measures.


(1) The establishment of rust prevention warehouse, using mechanical spray method, spray 2-3 times per shift, 10-15 minutes each time, centralized rust prevention treatment of bearing parts.

(2) Regular cleaning of all kinds of anti-rust equipment, preparation of anti-rust liquid, cleaning liquid and cooling water in strict accordance with the technology, regular testing, adjustment and replacement.

(3) Bearing parts that must be inspected and ground should be demagnetized and cleaned with cleaning liquid before being stored for rust prevention.

(4) Bearing parts must be cleaned, neutralized and completely treated with antirust water after pickling or writing acid words.

(5) It is forbidden to wash hands and rags with cooling water and cleaning liquid, so as to ensure the cleanliness and performance of the liquid and extend the life of the liquid.

(6) Do a good job of civilized production, ensure environmental health, eliminate corrosion hazards.


  Two. Rust prevention management of finished bearings

  The finished bearing is sealed and packed after being coated with anti-rust oil, which can avoid the influence of atmospheric environment in the storage and transportation process, resulting in rust and mildew, affecting the service performance.


1. The finished bearing uses two times of kerosene mechanical spray washing, mechanical spraying anti-rust lubrication oil, polyethylene sealed packaging.

2. Before kerosene spraying and antirust lubrication, filter elements that meet the process requirements should be used to filter to ensure the cleanliness of finished bearings. The oil tank and machine tool should be thoroughly cleaned once a month.

3. When inspectors and assemblers contact finished parts and bearings, they need to apply liquid gloves to avoid corrosion due to hand sweat.

4. Handle the finished bearings gently during handling and storage to avoid packaging damage.

5, assembly room, finished bearing storage room to dry, clean, no pollution source.

Three, the method of coating rust prevention oil

1, soaking method: some small items are soaked in anti-rust grease, so that the surface adhesion on a layer of anti-rust grease method. The thickness of the oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the antirust grease.

2, brush coating method is not suitable for soaking or spraying outdoor construction equipment or special shape products, brush coating should not only pay attention to not produce accumulation, but also pay attention to prevent leakage coating.

3, spray method Some large rust prevention can not be soaked in oil, generally with about 0.7Mpa pressure of filtered compressed air in the air clean place for spraying. Spray method is suitable for solvent dilution type anticorrosive oil or thin layer anticorrosive oil, but must adopt perfect fire protection and labor protection measures.

The method of bearing rust prevention:

1, surface cleaning: cleaning must be based on the nature of the surface of the rust and the conditions at the time, select the appropriate method. Commonly used solvent cleaning method, chemical cleaning method and mechanical cleaning method.

2. The surface can be dried and cleaned with filtered dry compressed air, or dried with a dryer of 120-170 ℃, or dried with clean gauze.

3, soaking method: some small items are soaked in anti-rust grease, cross tapered roller bearing surface adhesion on a layer of anti-rust grease method. The thickness of the oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the antirust grease.

4, brush coating method: is not suitable for soaking or spraying outdoor construction equipment or special shape products, brush coating should pay attention to not produce accumulation, but also pay attention to prevent leakage coating.

   

     Note that the following acid liquids can not be used in bearing rust removal: sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, dilute hydrochloric acid. Because these acids will destroy the good metal parts, so these liquids should never be used!

      

      In daily life, there are several liquids that can remove rust and will not harm the good metal part, but the effect is different. The first is dilute oxalic acid, and the ratio of water is 3:1, dilute oxalic acid 3, water 1. It's slower, but it works well. It's sold everywhere. The second kind is gun oil, also called mechanical rust oil, it is not convenient to purchase, this oil can quickly rust removal, the effect is very good.
