The important parts shall be checked and accepted according to the quality standards. After the inspection, both parties shall sign for verification and hand over.
(2) Foundation payout (equipment positioning) : define the installation datum line according to the equipment layout plan and the axis or side line and elevation line of related buildings. For equipment connected, connected or arranged with each other, a common installation reference line shall be released; If necessary, general or permanent markers or reference points should be buried; Set the specific foundation position line and foundation elevation line.
(3) Equipment foundation inspection:
● The foundation construction unit should provide the certificate of the quality of the foundation of the equipment: mainly to check whether the ratio of concrete, concrete curing and concrete strength meet the design requirements.
● If there is doubt about the strength of the equipment foundation, the strength of the foundation can be retested by rebound instrument or steel ball impact method.
● The appearance of the foundation inspection: mainly to see whether the foundation surface has honeycomb, hemp surface and other quality defects.
● The location of the foundation, the measurement of geometric size check: The main items to be checked include the coordinate position of the foundation, the elevation of different planes, the dimensions of the plane, the dimensions of the convex plane, the dimensions of the concave hole, the horizontal degree of the plane, the plumb degree of the foundation, the elevation and center distance of the embedded anchor bolt, the central position, depth of the embedded anchor bolt hole and the plumb degree of the hole wall, The elevation, center position, level degree of slotted anchor plate and threaded anchor plate of embedded movable anchor bolt, etc.
● The preloading test of heavy equipment foundation is a preventive measure to prevent unqualified installation of heavy equipment due to uneven subsidence of foundation after installation. The pre-pressure of foundation preloading test shall not be less than the sum of the forces acting on the equipment foundation under full load operation. The observation reference point shall not be affected by foundation settlement, and the observation point shall not be less than four uniform points around the foundation. Observations should be timed and should be made until the foundation is basically stable. The observation period should be recorded in detail.
For heavy equipment with low requirements on installation level, the foundation preloading test is not carried out before installation, and the foundation settlement observation is only carried out during the equipment test run.
(4) Equipment positioning: equipment safely placed on the basis of the industrial equipment installation engineering accounts for a large proportion, it mainly put forward requirements for lifting operations. A large weight, large volume, installation position and high equipment, its lifting difficulty and consumption costs are very high. For disassembling equipment, the base of the equipment should be in place first.
(5) Precision detection and adjustment: Precision detection and adjustment is a key part of mechanical equipment installation engineering. It is an important index of installation engineering quality. It includes almost all position accuracy items and some shape accuracy items, involving error analysis, dimension chain principle and precision measurement techniques.
Precision detection is to detect the relative position error between equipment and parts, such as perpendicularity, parallelism, coaxiality error, etc.
Adjustment refers to adjusting the positions of the devices themselves and each other, such as the horizontal, perpendicularity, parallelism, and tilt of the devices, according to the technical requirements for device installation (specified by specifications or technical documents delivered with the devices) and the results of precision testing.
(6) Equipment fixation: Except for a few mobile mechanical equipment, the vast majority of mechanical equipment must be firmly fixed on the basis of equipment. Especially for heavy, high speed, high vibration mechanical equipment, if not firmly fixed, may lead to major accidents.
For disassembling equipment, the base should be fixed in place before assembly.
(7) Disassembly, cleaning and assembly: disassembly, cleaning and assembly should be carried out for the disassembly of mechanical equipment and the overall mechanical equipment that exceeds the antirust storage period. This is a relatively fine procedure. If the cleaning is not clean or the assembly is improper, it will affect the normal operation of the equipment in the future. The general steps of equipment assembly are as follows:
Familiar with the equipment assembly drawing, technical description and equipment structure, clean the site for assembly, understand the equipment structure, matching accuracy, determine the assembly method, prepare the tools and materials.
The collection and inspection of parts include appearance inspection and fitting accuracy inspection, and the inspection shall be recorded.
Clean the parts and apply lubricating oil (grease) : The fitting surface of the equipment must be clean and coated with lubricating oil (grease)(except for special requirements), which is a necessary measure to ensure that the fitting surface is not easy to rust and easy to disassemble.
Assembly of assemblies: Start with assemblies, from small to large, from simple to complex.
Assembly of parts: assembly of components into parts.
Total assembly: Total assembly is carried out by components, main engine followed by auxiliary engine.
(8)Lubrication and equipment refueling: this is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment. Lubricating oil road and lubricating parts to clean, reasonable selection of lubricants, quality to meet the requirements, equipment oil and lubricant to add appropriate amount.
(9) Adjustment and test run: it is an important link of comprehensive inspection of equipment manufacturing and equipment installation quality, involving more professionals and personnel, must be carefully organized, unified command.
(10) Project acceptance: After the equipment passes the test run, the project acceptance shall be handled in time.
