First of all, check the matching instrument with the bearing inner and outer groove diameter standard parts. Because the matching instrument is
measured by two-point comparison method, the calibration instrument needs two standard parts, namely the inner ring and the outer ring groove
diameter standard parts. The instrument is equipped with three dial gauges, the left and right dial gauges reflect the deviation of the inner and
outer groove diameter respectively, and the middle dial meter reflects the value of (x-y) at one time.
For example, if the actual diameter deviation of the channel of the outer ring standard part is + 8um, and the actual diameter deviation of the
channel of the inner ring standard part is -5um, then x-y=+8-(-5)=13um.
When calibrating, align the internal and external channel diameter standard parts with their respective measuring points, and the pointer of a
dial meter in the middle of the matching instrument should point to the position of +13 um to prove that the instrument has been calibrated.
On the contrary, if the dial indicator pointer is not pointed at the +13 um position, the instrument needs to be re-adjusted.
Since the inner and outer groove diameters have been sorted before the matching, the dial gauges on the left and right sides of the matching
instrument can be omitted, and the steel ball of a certain size can be selected only when the middle dial meter reflects the value of (x-y).
In this way, the radial clearance value of the bearing meets the high standard requirements.
It should be reminded that in the process of matching the inner and outer rings, it is necessary to adhere to the use of standard parts
to check the instrument to prevent running off the table, otherwise, the measured (X-Y value is not accurate, and the bearing clearance
value will be wrong. In terms of application effect, the use of matching instruments is promoted, and the pass rate can reach 98-100%.
